**Direct billing to most extended health insurance companies**

No direct billing to ICBC, MSP, WSBC- must pay and submit receipt for reimbursement

If you are a RCMP member, please provide your number. We can only do direct billing if you provide a DR note for us to have on file.

Please note, we can only process the claim if it is your primary plan. However, if the secondary plan is Pacific Blue Cross or Green Shield, their portals will allow us to claim both. If the secondary plan is any other insurer, we will provide you with a receipt for the remainder that you can submit on your own for reimbursement.

If your company requires you to have a DR note for your treatment, please provide us a copy at your initial appointment so we can update your file. Your insurance company will also need a copy.

Some plans do not allow a third party to direct bill. In this case, we will give you a receipt to submit to them for reimbursement. (This should only take a few days depending on the company)
